{You Are What You Eat}

Indulge in...

A Better Diet

I know how much easier it is to reach for those Cheetos over that fruit cup. A better diet can sometimes be time consuming and pricey, because it can take a little more preparation and money to make healthier snacks & meals. Being healthy is a lifestyle...and it can be a tough one. Eating healthy is more than maintaining an ideal body weight or keeping energy levels high. What we put into our bodies often makes an impact on our appearance as well. With that in mind, I'm encouraging you to embrace a healthier week of eating with some superfoods that are great for both the inside and outside of the body. You are what you eat!

{Blueberries}
This berry is rich in antioxidants and helps protect you from premature aging.

{Wild Salmon}
Packed full of Omega-3 fatty acids, salmon helps keep skin moisturized and contains selenium, which helps protect skin from sun exposure. In addition, vitamin D in salmon also keeps bones & teeth strong.

{Spinach}
Rich in nutrients and antioxidants, spinach also contains lutein, which keeps eyes healthy. As a bonus, spinach is loaded with vitamin B, C, E, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and Omega-3 fatty acids.

{Oysters}

{Tomatoes}
Best source of the anti-aging antioxidant lycopene, which is best absorbed when cooked or processed.

{Walnuts}
Want smoother skin? Healthier hair? Brighter eyes? Stronger bones? All you have to do is eat a handful to enjoy these benefits!

{Kiwis}
Loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants, kiwis help keep skin firm, prevent wrinkles and are great for bones & teeth. Also a great protector from cancer and skin disease.

Helps skin stay hydrated and protects from sun damage. YES!

{Yogurt}
Great source of calcium, which benefits your posture, nails and teeth (among other things).

{Sweet Potatoes}
Packed with antioxidants and betacarotene, which fights aging.
